Google has rolled out two major updates to its Google+ apps for Android and iOS today, introducing a nice stack of new features to both platforms. In addition to the arrival of Google+ Communities, the updates bring basic profile editing to both platforms, a Google+ widget for those on Android, and a new Find People feature for iOS.

A few days ago, Google announced a new dynamic to Google+ called Communities. The launch has been a barrel of mixed emotions and after playing around with it over the weekend, we’re ready to announce our Community page to the world.

Google+ continues to evolve into one of the greatest social network/community platforms available (the best in my opinion). Many skeptics claimed it would become another failed Google project, constantly referring to it as a ghost town. If you’ve ever used Google+, then you already know what a crock those claims are, and in fact, Google+ is growing faster than ever.
