BlackBerry has started rolling out its first phase of Marshmallow beta releases for the Priv.

Those who were first to signup for the beta earlier this month can expect to receive a software update over-the-air — but only if they’ve followed BlackBerry’s instructions first.

A new Chrome beta release does not include the “merge tabs and apps” feature, while the latest public release no longer enables it by default.

BlackBerry is offering Priv owners early access to its Android 6.0 Marshmallow software.

Users can sign up for beta access today, and the first wave of updates will be going to those who purchased their handset off-contract from Amazon, Carphone Warehouse, and ShopBlackBerry.

The OnePlus 2’s OxygenOS 3.0 beta, based on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow, is now open to all following a limited soak test that kicked off two weeks ago.

Users can download the ROM now for manual flashing — and it’s already being described as “daily-driver-material” by OnePlus.
