HTC’s new smartphone has all the ingredients it need to be its best yet — by far. But it seems some carriers have no confidence in its ability to do battle with rival devices.
HTC has confirmed that AT&T will not be offering the HTC 10 in the U.S., forcing subscribers to purchase the handset unlocked and off-contract instead.

The HTC 10 smartphone we’ve been waiting months for is finally here — and it’s just as pretty as the leaks promised it would be. It’s also packing a long list of awesome specifications, including a Quad HD display, a Snapdragon 820 processor, and HTC’s best cameras yet.

HTC is set to announce its new HTC 10 smartphone on Tuesday, but you don’t need to wait until then to find out what it’s going to look like. The leaked ad below reveals the handset’s pretty new form factor a full day early.
TeeFury, the online site which features one new super limited-edition tee every 24 hours for $10 has a geeky t-shirt you might be interested in. Today’s t-shirt — which will be gone in about 4 hours — features our favorite Android mascot being carried off by the mischievous Jawa of Star Wars. This parody of a geek classic is a satirical take on the license fees involved every time a droid phone is sold according to the designer. I’m assuming he’s referring to the licensing fees being paid to Lucasfilm Ltd. for the DROID name, but either way, it’s a cool little t-shirt that meshes some geeky goodness.
Acer has announced its plans to launch the Iconia Tab A200, their next 10″ tab offering, into the market on January 15th. The A200 is a Tegra 2 packing tablet with mid range specs but is set to be an early adopter of Ice Cream Sandwich, with a mid-February update in tow. Acer has also priced the A200 to be competitive unlike most tablet manufacturers, and with a $329.99 price, Ice Cream Sandwich, and the following specs, it’s a definite looker:
