Motorola’s new Moto 360 Sport, the rugged alternative to Moto 360 for the sporty, is finally available to purchase from the company’s online store.

The new wearable has exactly the same internals as the 42mm Moto 360 (second-generation), but it swaps the stainless steel and leather for a robust plastic and silicone form factor that’s better suited to the outdoors.

Available in black, white, and flame orange, the Moto 360 Sport costs $299.99, and offers a quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor clocked at 1.2GHz, 512GB of RAM, 4GB of storage, dual digital microphones, and a 300mAh battery.

It also boasts all the sensors you’d expect in a fitness-tracking smartwatch — including a heart rate monitor — and it’s IP67-rated for dust- and water-resistance. It’s near identical to the regular Moto 360 on the inside, then — but it does have one big advantage.

The Moto 360 Sport is Motorola’s first smartwatch watch with an “AnyLight Hybrid Display” — a special LCD panel that works like any other smartwatch display indoors, then has the ability to reflect natural light when you’re outside in bright sunlight so it’s still perfectly readable.

The Moto 360 Sport can be purchased from the Motorola Store now for $299.99, and you can expect delivery later this month.
