HTC is expected to finally deliver its long-awaited One watch early next year. A reliable source claims the new device, which will likely run Android Wear, will make its debut in February.

“HTC fans, you’ll finally have One watch to call your own come February,” tweeted Evan Blass (@evleaks), who has an excellent track record with leaks — particularly when it comes to HTC devices. Sadly, Blass is yet to provide any additional information.

Reports surrounding an HTC smartwatch have been circulating for over 18 months. A September 2014 rumor promised the device would arrive this year, but less than a month later, HTC America president Jason Mackenzie confirmed the device had been postponed so HTC could “get it right.”

A September 2015 report citing reliable sources claimed HTC’s first smartwatch, codenamed “Halfbeak,” will run Android Wear, and will pack a round display with a 360×360 resolution.

We’ll likely have to wait until next year to find out more, though it’s likely we’ll hear more about the One watch from Blass ahead of its official debut.
