Verizon has finally begun accepting pre-orders for the LG G3, more than a month after the device got its official unveiling. Customers will pay a $99.99 upfront fee when they take out a new two-year contract, and orders will begin shipping by Thursday, July 17.

The G3, LG’s latest high-end smartphone, is one of the first handsets to feature a super sharp Quad HD display with a 2560×1440 resolution. It also boasts Qualcomm’s latest quad-core Snapdragon 801 processor — the same chip that powers the HTC One M8, the Galaxy S5, and the Sony Xperia Z2 — and up to 32GB of internal storage.

The G3 also has a microSD card slot compatible with 128GB cards, a 13-megapixel camera with optical image stabilization, and a 3,000mAh battery. It runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat with LG’s latest user interface, which includes the new Smart Keyboard, the Smart Notice digital assistant, and LG Health.

On Verizon, the G3 offers XLTE connectivity, which promises data speeds twice as fast as regular 4G LTE in supported cities across the United States. The carrier is also offering G3 customers $100 off the G Pad 8.3 LTE when they pre-order; just follow the link below to get yours.
