The Nexus 7 just became an even greater buy in the U.K., where Google and Asus have teamed up to offer customers who pick up the 16GB model a £50 Google Play gift card at no extra cost. That’s enough to load up your new device with a whole bunch of apps, games, movies, music, and books to get you through the summer.

The deal, announced on Google+, is available through a number of popular British retailers, including Carphone Warehouse, Currys, Very, Asda, and Tesco. It applies to both in-store and online purchases. After obtaining your Nexus 7, you’ll need to visit Google’s redemption page within 30 days to claim your £50 credit.

Those who already purchased a Nexus 7 after May 5 can also take advantage of the offer — just follow the link above. The promotion ends on June 1, so you’ll need to grab your new tablet before then to be eligible for the Google Play credit.

The 16GB Nexus 7 itself costs £199, which is incredible value for a tablet with a 7-inch 1080p display, a quad-core Snapdragon S4 Pro processor, 2GB of RAM, and a 5-megapixel rear-facing camera. Those specifications will allow you to run the latest apps and games smoothly, and because this is a Nexus device, you’ll get the latest Android updates as soon as they’re available.
