Samsung Galaxy Note II N7100 International Variant Now Receiving Android 4.3

Galaxy-Note-II

Hot on the heels of AT&T’s rollout earlier today, Samsung has now started to push out the long-awaited Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update for its former flagship smartphone of 2012, the Galaxy Note II. In addition to the bump up to build I317UCUBMK6, the upgrade also brings a multitude of bug fixes, stability improvements, support for the Galaxy Gear and Samsung KNOX.

The Note II was released back in September, 2012, and is still one of the most impressive Android-powered handsets on the market to date. The device packs an impressive 5.5-inch Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen with a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels, a snappy 1.6GHz quad-core Exynos 4412 processor, a Mali-400MP GPU, 2GB of RAM, 16GB/32GB/64GB of internal storage (expandable via microSD), an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera and a beefy 3,100 mAh Li-Ion battery.

Also bundled into this upgrade is support for TRIM, updated GPU drivers, updated core UI elements, a revamped stock Samsung keyboard, the inclusion of lockscreen widgets, new Samsung apps and the implementation of new voice controls — which is a feature that made its debut on the Galaxy S4.
