HTC president Jason Mackenzie has said that the company is working hard to provide the flagship HTC One and the Droid DNA with an Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update by the end of September in the United States and Canada.

It appears the update is already ready for the public, but the Taiwanese company is awaiting certification before it starts rolling it out.

Here’s the tweet Mackenzie posted to Twitter:

Translated into English, it means HTC has received lots of questions regarding the Android 4.3 update for the HTC One, and it’s working hard to release the update across all U.S. and Canadian devices by the end of September. It’s also working on the same update for the Droid DNA as well.

It’s unclear whether HTC’s updated Sense 5.5 user interface will be a part of this update, but if today’s HTC Zara leak is anything to go by, there’s a possibility it will go hand-in-hand with Android 4.3.
