Samsung’s latest flagship tablet, the Galaxy Note 8.0, was announced at the Mobile World Congress back in February and today Three U.K. has confirmed that it will be offering the tablet in the very near future.

The Note 8.0 is a respectable high-end portable Android tablet, packing an 8-inch TFT touchscreen, a1.6GHz quad-core Cortex A9 processor, 2GB of RAM, 16/32GB of internal storage, a 5-megapixel rear-facing camera, and an impressive 4,600 mAh battery. The device will ship running Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean, with Samsung’s TouchWiz UI plastered over the top.

Three U.K. have published a “First Look” video of the Note 8.0, in which Brendan Arnt reveals that the network will be offering the 4G LTE version of the device, therefore establishing that it will support Three’s 4G service when it goes live later this year.

We have no information with regards to an official release date for the Note 8.0 on Three U.K., but the operator assures us that it’s “coming soon.”
