Want To Know Which Galaxy Note III Is Coming To Your Country? Find Out Here

Samsung is set to announce the Galaxy Note III at a press event on September 4, and like most of its smartphones, there will be different variants with different specifications for different countries. One of them will feature Samsung’s eight-core Exynos 5420 processor, while the other will feature a Snapdragon 800 chip.

Want to know which one will be coming to your country? Find out below.

This information comes from an “insider” with SamMobile, a reliable source of Samsung news. But bear in mind that Samsung’s final plans may change, and that not all of the Galaxy Note III model numbers and specifications are confirmed yet.

At this point, it appears Samsung is preparing three variants — one of which will have LTE connectivity and a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor clocked at 2.3GHz, with the “SM-N9005” model number; another that will have 3G connectivity, but with a faster eight-core Exynos 5420 processor and 3GB of RAM, with the “SM-N900” model number; and another which will be identical to the SM-N900, but with dual-SIM functionality and the “SM-N9002” model number.

So, here’s where you’ll be able to find these devices.

SM-N900

  • France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Poland, Russia, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom.

SM-N9005

  • Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, USA, United Kingdom.

SM-N9002

  • China

You may notice that some countries, such as the U.K., will be receiving two models — that’s because they have both 3G and 4G networks. But according to SamMobile, they’ll receive the 4G model with the Snapdragon 800 processor first — then the 3G model with the Exynos 5420 chip later.
