We’ve been hearing a ton of rumors regarding the Samsung Galaxy Camera 2, but now we’re beginning to see our first physical evidence that it really exists, and this could be the making or breaking of some of the rumors. Fresh off the press is a leaked photo, reportedly taken by the Galaxy Camera 2, that TechTastic got their hands on.

This photograph, posted on Google+, is rumored to have been taken with a Galaxy Camera 2 with the model number EK-GN120. There were multiple pictures posted, with resolutions ranging up to 5472 x 3080. These remarkable resolutions suggest that at least a 20.9-megapixel sensor is present on the new Galaxy Camera 2. That’s an additional 4.6-megapixels from the original Galaxy Camera, that totalled in with 16.3-megapixels.

It would also make sense for the Samsung Galaxy Camera 2 to feature Samsung’s brand new Exynos 5420 processor, considering that the original Galaxy Camera made full use of Samsung’s Exynos 4412 processor.

It will be interesting to see what Samsung come up with for its next Galaxy Camera predecessor, however we don’t have much in terms of information, release dates or device specifications.

Earlier rumors indicated that the Samsung Galaxy Camera 2 might also be able to make and receive calls, I guess we will just have to wait and see.
