AT&T’s HTC First Now Just $0.99

HTC-First

Back in April, HTC and Facebook unveiled the HTC First, the latest addition to HTC’s family. Yesterday evening, AT&T posted an announcement informing users that they could pick up a HTC First for just $0.99, on a 2-year contract.

The HTC First is a high-end Android smartphone, orientated around the Facebook social network, the device comes pre-installed with Facebook Home, whilst running Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, and now it’s available for just $0.99 on AT&T’s 2-year contract.

This amazing price drop will not be around for long, so if you do want to pick up a First at this significantly reduced price, you may want to get your running shoes on and sprint down to your nearest AT&T store, alternatively, you could always order the device on AT&T’s website.

HTC’s Facebook device has been greatly praised for it’s awesome build quality and its extremely ergonomic candy-bar form factor. The First comes pre-loaded with Facebook Home, meaning the user can get the latest news from their Facebook timeline, straight on the home-screen of their device.

However, if you’re not a fan of Facebook Home, you could always disable Facebook Home (via the settings) and be left with a fully functional high-end Android device, for just $0.99.

So, if you’ve been tempted to pick up a HTC First, be sure to visit your local AT&T store and purchase a device, or visit the source link below to order the device online – but hurry, because we don’t know how long this deal will last!
