You Can Now Get Recipe Recommendations From Google Now

Google-Now

Google has constantly been working to improve Google Now since the feature made its debut in Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, and it often adds new cards and new features that enhance its functionality. The latest is recipe recommendations. Like other Google Now cards, these will appear after you’ve been searching Google for recipe ideas.

They’ll allow you to quickly “continue researching” recipes and ingredients for new meals, and suggest ideas based on the meals you’ve been searching for. They may not appear instantly after making recipe searches — I can’t get them to appear at all on my two Android devices, and Droid Life reports it took a day to show on theirs — but they’re certainly there, as you can see from the screenshot below.

Last week, Google updated Google Now to introduce a new widget, which can be used on the home screen and the lock screen of your Android device. It gives you quick and easy access to almost all of the information you’d get through Google Now, which makes it super useful for sports scores, the weather, and upcoming event reminders.
