Verizon’s Pantech Perception Is Leaked Ahead Of Official Unveiling

Pantech announced a brand new smartphone for AT&T earlier this week, and it appears the Korean manufacturer also has something up its sleeve for Verizon. The device you see pictured above is the Pantech Perception, and it’s set to make its debut this quarter. Like the Pantech Discovery for AT&T, we’re expecting a 720p display, a speedy dual-core processor, and indeed an attractive price tag.

The Discovery is priced at just $50, and it’s believed that the Perception will cost around the same. For that you can expect a 720p display around 4.8 inches in size, a 1.5GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor, 1GB of RAM, and fast 4G LTE connectivity. The picture also suggests there will be a front-facing camera.

These details are yet to be confirmed by either Verizon or Pantech, so there’s a possibility the Perception will turn out to be a little different when it gets its grand unveiling. But again, we’re expecting it to be very similar to the Discovery that just launched on AT&T. As soon as we have confirmation, we’ll be sure to let you know.
